Last night I had the worst sore throat! Normally I would have sucked on some sore throat lozenges and prayed that it would work and my sore throat would go away. So what did I do??
I grabbed a medicine cup (the one on top of a cold medicine bottle) and filled it with water and 3 drops of Lemon essential oil. Then I put 2 drops of Melalueca and 2 drops of OnGuard essential oil on the outside of my throat....sore throat gone!
